We send invoices electronically through your provided e-mail address you put onto your account.

We require an e-mail address to be put on file in order to do business with us.

We do, with the exception of fertilization/weed control and lawn mowing. We require a customer to sign up for a recurring plan in order to provide those two services.

We guarantee you’ll be impressed! However, in the event you’re not happy with the work, please provide us a chance to make it right for you. If you’re still unhappy, and your disappointment is fair and reasonable, we will provide you with a 100% refund.

We do not provide contracts where you combine multiple services and pay a fixed fee per month.

That’s right! Because we do not lock you into contracts, there is no obligation to continue service in the winter due to grass dormancy. However, we recommend having us come out at least once a month just to do a quick clean-up and prepare for the spring season.

The only time we provide discounts is in the event of a promotion we have going on. Otherwise, we do not provide discounts.
